During 1967 to 1969 I made many architecture projects of luxury residential condominiuns buildings at the beaches of Ipanema&Leblon in the City of RIO, Brazil.
From 1970 to 1978 my own construction company built many luxury residential condominum at the beaches of Ipanema&Leblon at the City of RIO, Brazil, some of it with my architecture project.
At 1978 in the City of RIO, Brazil, my architecture company created&design Master Plans approved by all Brazil Authorities the biggest real estate independent projects in Brazil at SANTOS DUMONT road – GEBARA CITY, GEBARA HILLS 1,2,3,4&GEBARA PARK 35 minutes by car from the dowthown area of the City of RIO, Brazil with a land bank of 6 million square metters, the total aproved constructions area of 5,2 million square metters, the value of the Assets is U$ 5,1 billion and the total estimation sales is U$ 17 billion.
We are working very hard to go Public for an I.P.O. Initial Public Offer.

I am a person of the world since 1992 I immigrate to USA NYC and I am negotiating with the architect Jeff Gertler of NYC the owner of the architecture company GERTLER&WENT Architects to be partner to made architecture projects to the approved real estate projects at the SANTOS DUMONT road at the Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil.
- What design trends are most interesting to you?

I work in the real estate market since 1965 and for me the design trends depends the product that we need to create to sell for the customers of the real estate projects that we are creating for to sell.
- What are your 5 favorite design resources?

I am a business man also an architect and a Lawyer working to go public for an I.P.O. at BM&FBOVESPA the Brazil Stock Exchange I am not involve daily in architecture projects.

The design industry like another industries need to create every day new trends and ideas to continue working and groving.
